Amazon Publishing Solutions is BAD! If you want to get an ulcer, self publish using these guys. The operation is a complete and utter mess. I felt like I was the first self published book they worked on. Mistake after mistake after mistake. They've been a HUGE headache to work with and yesterday I asked them to stop "trying" to market my book as they're doing more harm than good. I also asked for a refund. Doubt I'll ever get it. DO NOT USE APS!!!

This is my honest experience with Amazon KDP. I created low content note books and children's coloring books in early March this year. I made sure I had all rights to my content, which I did. I uploaded my books and KDP checked and approved them - Great. Then I got their email " Hello, During a recent audit of your account, we found content and/or activities that are in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we are closing your account effective immediately. Examples include attempting to publish books that violate our Content Guidelines. As part of the termination process: • We will close your KDP account • You're no longer eligible to receive any outstanding royalties • You'll no longer have access to your account. This includes, editing your titles, viewing your reports and accessing any other information within your account • All of your published titles will be removed from sale on Amazon" I duly appealed and got this response "Thank you for your email concerning the status of your account. Upon further review, we are upholding our previous decision to close your account and remove all your books from sale on Amazon. Please note that, per our Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to open new accounts and will not receive future royalty payments from additional accounts created. If you have questions or believe you've received this email in error, reply to this message. Regards, Amazon KDP Thank you, Sara Kindle Direct Publishing They wouldnt do this to my Amazon Prime account or Amazon music oh no. Dont go near Amazon KDP wasted a month of my time, Tom Hunter

LE RECENSIONI SONO TUTTE FALSE! Kdp lo sa ma fa finta di niente! Forse molti non sanno che esistono veri e propri gruppi di compravendita di recensioni. In pratica, regali il tuo libro/e-book a tali individui e questi ti fanno una recensione da 5 stelle (puoi anche scrivergli tu stesso il testo). A me hanno proposto di entrare in uno di questi gruppi ma io li ho mandati caldamente a quel paese. Amazon ha anche delle cause in corso per questi illeciti, eppure la situazione non cambia. Per arrivare primi in classifica bisogna regalare tanti libri, così ti arrivano altrettante recensioni e, una volta agganciato l'algoritmo, hai le vendite assicurate. CHE SCHIFO! Non si può più acquistare niente su Amazon proprio per questo motivo! Nè libri nè prodotti qualunque. E se segnali la questione a KDP, spesso e volentieri non si degnano neppure di risponderti. Sapete perchè? Perchè ci guadagnano un sacco di soldi grazie a questa TRUFFA! SONO DA DENUNCIA E ANDREBBERO CHIUSI SUBITO!

Wow, KDP Amazon is a joke! I uploaded my books, they were reviewed and listed on Amazon, a few days later I had received an email stating that during a recent audit of your account, we found content and/or activities that are in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we are closing your account effective immediately. Examples include attempting to publish books that violate our Content Guidelines. But yet they are the ones who reviewed my books and published them to Amazon. I guess they have a limited word count from what I'm reading and my books are short positive children's affirmations. I appealed but they declined and they still will not explain the violation other than violating their guidelines on publishing.

I been with kdp sense January and publish over 100 books and has not been paid a penny for any of my sales. They just terminated my account over a mistake of a title l made. One mistake and they closed my account an still has not been paid. I don't recommend kdp for my bad experience to anyone.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Amazon KDP. After using my account for over 4 years, it was suddenly closed with no reason given. It took me a full two weeks to even receive a response, and even then I was only told that my account was closed due to alleged tampering with KDP services. When I asked what exactly this accusation meant and what specific misconduct I was accused of, I received no further response. Now I have been waiting for 6 weeks for any further communication from Amazon KDP. Not only have I been withheld income for the last 3 months, but I am also expected to continue paying the advertising costs. This approach seems extremely questionable and raises the suspicion that fraud may be at play here. I strongly advise anyone having similar problems with Amazon KDP to seek legal counsel. It is most unfortunate that a company with such great influence and such a prominent position in the book market would engage in such opaque practices. I sincerely hope that Amazon KDP will take my situation seriously and find an appropriate solution to this problem. It is unfortunate that it had to come to this and I hope that other authors and publishers can be saved from similar difficulties.

I've honestly never known such a poorly run company. I wouldn't have bothered even setting up if I'd read these reviews. I'd only had my account a few days and I'd uploaded a colouring book featuring my own artwork, within 24 hours my account got shut down and it's taken almost a month to get a reply which says I was trying to "manipulate Kindle services" and that's all they'll say. Absolutely bonkers I've never known anything like it. Creators be warned, don't even bother with Amazon KDP, it's a useless time-sink.

L'esperienza con Amazon KDP per quanto mi riguarda non é stata positiva. Certamente vi é anche da dire che se non si ha una community alle spalle iniziare a vendere su KDP é cosa molto difficile a meno che non si abbiano sufficenti fondi da investire in ads. Ma detto questo dopo aver venduto ben 226 copie del mio manuale con un guadagno effettivo di 858 euro e qualche spicciolo mi sono visto chiudere l'account per violazione di qualche norma che ben non si capisce. Per quanto io rispetti anche i loro termini e condizioni trovo personalmente inamissibile che Amazon dopo aver incassato i loro guadagni per la stampa e la spedizione del manuale si tenga anche le mie royalty maturate nel mese antecedente alla chiusura dell'account. So che é scritto nei loro termini e condizioni, ma alla fine questa é una vera truffa legalizzata. Auguri a tutti coloro che si apprestano a pubblicare su Amazon kdp
