I wrote a few books and they started selling on KDP Amazon. But for 18 months now I have not been able to get into my personal account, because I don’t receive a password on my phone (although I never set one). From the same floor, payments also stopped. I already changed phone and sim card. And numerous attempts to restore access through the support service were unsuccessful - I wrote more than 100 letters and called support 7 times. It looks like Amazon embezzled my money and intellectual work. I ran out of energy to fight the KDP AMAZON bureaucracy

Very bad at reviewing books. Even though there is no error. They will still ask you or stop you to publish. Keep asking to review even after correcting errors. Their services are very bad at all.

OMG I can't believe I almost fell for this. I nwas seconds away from giving my credit card number to publish a journal based on a plan I saw promoted on Instagram. I spoke to the rep 5 times. The costs were expensive ($2,200) but seemed enticing as they promised a full money back guarantee. It wasn't until I looked closer (a fake Amazon logo) and realized they have no affiliation with Amazon and were providing none of their promises in a contract form.

SCAM STAY FAR AWAY. I signed up with this company in January 2023, I wrote a children's book dedicated to my 2 sons who have passed away. I explained how special this book was for me and gave the exact look of characters that I wanted. They continuously sent me terrible misrepresentations. African American people are not represented well. I tried to remain positive with this company and when I just couldn't take it anymore, I asked for a refund for over a month and now I have to get a lawyer. No money, No product. STAY AWAY signed a naive writer

Ho chiesto assistenza per la modifica di alcuni dati relativi al mio account, dati senza la cui modifica è impossibile per me ottenere le royalties maturate in questi mesi. Inizialmente ti rispondono, poi ti dicono resta in attesa della variazione alcuni giorni, e poi spariscono. Non c'è nessuna cura del cliente, e questo per chi decide di pubblicare con loro è abbastanza brutto. È un'azienda computerizzata, nessun rapporto umano reale. Se pubblichi per loro non devi aspettarti il minimo aiuto in caso di dubbi o questioni per altro relative al loro lavoro. Mi spiace doverlo dire ma è così.

potessi dare zero lo metterei. Ho pubblicato giusto per capire un po' come funzionasse dei semplici quaderni a righe. tipo una decina di cui ne hanno approvati solo tre/4 gli altri rimasti in stato i revisione. Senza aver venduto nulla e senza motivazione hanno chiuso anche a me l'account. Vabbè non avevo royalty da percepire a differenza di altri se no le avrei perse. Ma quale copiright potrei aver violato pubblicndo dei quaderno vuoti ?????? Assurdo incredibile. Imbarazzanti spero finisca presto il predominio di amazon che sicuramente in quasi tutto non è per nulla un azienda seria. Soprattutto per chi vende o tenta di far qualche entrata extra con questi fenomeni da baraccone

If you fancy looking for a company that have all the skills and ample talent to leech any enjoyment and personal satisfaction from your writting endevours, then I have the company for you! As friendly as a sheet of Asbestos and easily, as knowledagable. They have plenty of wonderful staff, poised to do everything possible at their dissposal to drag any minor hiccup into an arduous and torturous endevour. Im speaking of course about Amazon KDP. I have had issues with them roughly every few months and every time lose all will to live let alone pursue my writing. They recently changed all the cattegories...not a major thing. But although they ask you to pick yourself, will arbitrarily block all actions and cast your work into weeks long limbo just to finally tell you to change it. you cant change it until they reply but dont worry- they will send you multiple auto-responses of the most odious and demeaning tone. If you do manage to get hold of someone, they know so little...It amazes me they managed to tie their shoes unaided. Amazon staff should worry more about getting to read a book before aiming for the lofty heights of publishing some. Maybe then, everything single little thing would not be such an impossible challenge for them!

Someone left a review on my book but it is not showing. No help from customer service! Jeff B, your slacking on you pimping. Get this ship back on track!
