Kdp AmazonReviews of kdp.amazon.com

After a promising start in publishing my novel, KDP informed me I had sold several hundred copies. However, I have received no royalty payments. I have phoned many times, written over and over. I dealt with Rick Chettman who has now left the company and more recently with someone called Keith. I have no idea how many books have actually been sold as no-one will tell me and no money is forthcoming. They ignore my emails, have lied to me about sales and will not deal with me in a professional or honest way. Altogether their treatment of me has been abysmal - quick to take my money but no further input.

Amazon cancelled my account for vague reasons, refused to explain further and then confiscated my royalties. The entire system is run by AI, which randomly chooses accounts for termination purely to decrease outgoings and increase profit.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The KDP process destroys the joy and thrill of writing a book. Never in all my life have I experienced anything so complicated. In fact, I'd go as far as to say cruel. Designed by a sadist. The most customer-unfriendly process. I have no other choice, but I wouldn't use KDP in the future. If you value your sanity and well-being, avoid like the plague.

Kdp will forfeit all your earnings. It would terminate your account forfeit all your earnings and say to tax authority that it has been paid to you.

Kdp will not pay you royalty.for years it would accumulate money in your account and then terminated your account.

Amazon terminating kdp with unpaid royalty. Checks will never come to you.

This place is a piece of junk. Worse customer service in the entire galaxy. They leave my book with burry image and don’t let you fit it or extremely hard than normal. How Amazon kdp govern bleeding and margin will give a nightmare and it takes serval hours to just upload a single file. This is an absolute worse place to deal with. Never seen anything of like this. It doesn’t care how hard people working on. This is why anyone who see burry image say it’s a low quality. It low quality because of Amazon not me
