Still in love, and absolutely loving styling the vanity in iur bathroom 3 months after use, It still looks brand new and the storage is excellent The counter top is the visual point and all ask where we got it from
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityFeb 4, 2026
Thank you for sharing this we love a long-term love story. Three months in and still in the honeymoon phase is exactly what we hope for. It’s great to hear the vanity still looks brand new, the storage is pulling its weight, and the countertop is stealing the spotlight. When guests start asking where it came from, that’s the ultimate compliment. We’re thrilled it’s become the star of your bathroom and appreciate you choosing us.

I ordered beautiful mirrors from KBA. there was a mixup with the delivery and they solved it super quickly and had my shipment sent out again. They followed up multiple times to make sure all was good!
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityFeb 4, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you love the mirrors, and even happier that our team was able to turn a delivery hiccup into a smooth save. Mix-ups happen, but chasing it down quickly and following up until everything’s perfect is how we like to do things. Thanks for your patience and for trusting KBA we’re always here if you need us again.

I didn't think that I would find the base for the pedestal sink to replace the broken one we purchased locally 30 years ago. We checked online with KB and there it was! It was reasonably priced and delivered on time!
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityFeb 4, 2026
That’s an amazing find thank you for sharing! Tracking down a replacement for a 30-year-old pedestal sink base is no small feat, so we’re thrilled we could play hero there. We’re glad you found exactly what you needed, at a fair price, and right on time. Thanks for trusting KB, and we’re always here if another “impossible to find” item comes up.

Kitchen & Bath Authority had just the item I was looking for, for my kitchen update. Not only did the Kohler sink I ordered get to me faster than other retailers were stating, K&BA had it at the best price anywhere. Thank you.
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityFeb 4, 2026
Thank you for the great review! We’re glad Kitchen & Bath Authority had exactly what you were hunting for no endless scrolling or measuring tape drama required. Getting that Kohler sink to you faster than expected and at the best price is our favorite kind of win. Thanks for choosing us for your kitchen update, and we’ll be here when the next upgrade idea strikes.

Ordered a Duravit 613200011041300 bidet toilet seat from Greg. Greg is very knowledgeable helping me to get a correct product. The bidet arrived in 4 days. And with the help of the CS from Duravit to get an additional water line adapter from Amazon, the installation is successful.
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityFeb 4, 2026
Thank you for the great review! Greg will be happy to hear this he takes product details seriously so the right item shows up the first time, not the “almost right” time. A four-day delivery is always a win, and with a little teamwork from Duravit support (and Amazon playing sidekick for the adapter), it sounds like the installation came together perfectly. We’re glad everything worked out and appreciate you choosing Kitchen & Bath Authority.
