If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a couple of dresses for my sisters wedding. They were marked as delivered, but weren't at my front door. I contacted Kayla's Collectives letting them know I never received my order, they then started an "investigation". They contacted their courier they contract with and they were sent the delivery photos of my package, KC forwarded these photos to me and it wasn't my house. They asked for photos of my front door and front of my house to prove it and I did. Even after they recognized that the package wasn't delivered to the right house, they still refused to give me a refund because the package was marked as delivered by the courier, so its out of their hands. They "apologize that this wasn't the outcome I was hoping for." I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and turned over the emails to get my money back. Absolutely insane!!!! Save yourself a headache, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM!! I ordered the Charlotte Ruched Maxi dress that they have advertised everywhere. It's a completely different shade than advertised, and the quality is cheap. The only way to return items from them is to email them and hope they respond with an address where you can ship the dress back to, and YOU have to pay for the shipping. I sent them multiple emails, and they never responded, so I cannot return the dress. Complete scam.

Like many of the other reviews, I was deceived by the fake pictures and reviews. The products are NOTHING like the pictures. Absolutely terrible material and nothing like the photos. This company is very clearly drop shipping from somewhere overseas. I requested a return per their “free 30 day returns” window and was asked to provide pictures of the items first. Then was pressured into doing an exchange or store credit. When I stated I most definitely wanted my full return they told me it would cost around $50 to ship it back internationally. Interesting, considering the address on the website states Wyoming. My order was ~$200, so I told them I’d like to proceed with the return despite the fee - it’s been crickets since. No response from customer service for next steps. This store is a scam.

My experience was amazing. I got the Carly Strapless Mini Dress - White. Is a beautiful dress I love the style and is so easy to combine. It arrived very quick so that’s made me happy!

My Charlotte dress arrived just in time for my birthday!! I contacted customer service because I was worried about delivery and they were so sweet and helpful. The dress was perfect 🥹

The dresses were awful quality. Worse than Amazon or SHEIN. The material was cheap and threads were loose. Customer service is awful. They make you send photo evidence of the dresses being poor quality if you wish to return them. And return cost is $150. DO NOT order from them

TERRIBLE. Purchased a $95 dress and I am currently trying to return it. I have to pay a $50 shipping fee and I was never informed that before purchase. I was told I would be allowed to return 30 days after delivery, there was nothing about a $50 shipping fee. The quality is horrendous, the dress was scrunched up when I opened the pastel and the sizing is incredibly disproportionate. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Quick shipping and loved the dress I got! Definitely recommend for beautiful occasion wear!
