I would give it less than one star but that is the lowest. Dress arrived completely wrong size. Tried to book return but to scam address. No refund and stuck with dress. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

Don’t ever buy from them, cheap quality, expensive return cost, email responses lengthy and confusing, asks to take photos, complete forms, pay expensive return costs and wait times for items to be sent back to china before a return can even be considered.

Do Not buy from this company. It’s an absolute scam. There is no way the dress in the picture is what was delivered here. My daughter is so disappointed as this was her year 10 formal dress. Fabric is absolutely rubbish. Can hardly thread the lace through the loopholes for the back to tighten it it’s an absolute joke the fabrics like lining fabric rather than the rich fabric they show in pictures DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible quality and awful customer service — BE CAREFUL! The quality of the jacket was terrible. The website lists an exchange fee of around £16, but returning an item for a refund was a nightmare. I spent 7 days trying to get a clear answer on how to return the jacket. After endless messages, I was warned that international return shipping could cost €40–€50. I eventually received a refund of only 45% of the original price. Be careful and think twice before buying from this website. I would not recommend this store.

If I could give it a 0 in stars, I would. The cost of dress was $84. When received it was very cheap material and did not fit well. Return? Impossible! They offered me 50% and keep the dress, credit at their shop, or return to China for full refund. I decided to ship it back to them. It cost $30 to ship it to them. They said they never received it. The U.S. Postal Service said it made it to China and proved it by showing me the tracking. The company kept emailing me that they were ‘working on it’ and would ask for more information. It’s been months. They never refunded me. Never order from this company!

If I could give no stars I would! Extremely disappointed with Kaylas Collectives. The dress my daughter received looked nothing like the photos advertised on their website, with poor fabric quality and workmanship. To make matters worse, she is being asked to pay approximately $50 in return postage for an item that was not as advertised, despite contacting them within their 30-day return period. Now, Katherine from Customer Support has stopped replying to emails, leaving us chasing a resolution. Extremely disappointing product and customer service. I would not recommend this company and would think twice before purchasing from them.

I received my dress which was not the best quality at all and looked a bit different to the model photos. Their policy states returns, which in 4 attempts via email for their return process I have received replies with alternative options and then finally a return option that will cost me $50AUD. Extremely disappointed in the contact attempts.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AT ALL. You can't return anything if it's wrong item or something. Their dresses are worse than Temu . Customer service is a nightmare. PLEASE BE AWAY FROM THIS SITE AT ALL.
