This “company” should be taken down. Scam scam scam. They are con artists! They take photos of dresses from their original websites and use AI to put them on AI models for their website. If you reverse search the image of dress the real one will show. The product you get is horrible quality. Shein dresses for not shein prices. Notice how all their replies to customer reviews are the exact same… I don’t know how they aren’t sued yet for using the same dresses from the real websites. Extreme false advertisement. I ordered a dress in size XS and i got sent some palace curtains. Queen Elizabeth called from her grave and said to put her curtains back. It’s my fault for not doing enough research but let me save you from getting scammed. Do not buy from here. They are milking people’s money successfully it’s crazy. Notice how it’s all either 1 star or 5 star reviews. All the 5 star reviews are totally AI.

You know I honestly do not enjoy dressing up or shopping so, when I was invited to a wedding I was nervous. When looking for a dress, Kayla's Collectives showed up. I honestly thought this dress was BEAUTIFUL in the pictures and thought it was worth a shot. Making my purchase was super easy! A few days later, I noticed some of the reviews. They all seemed to have complications with their purchases, I was even more disappointed and concerned. I reached out and tried to see what I could do to cancel my order. A LOVELY lady named Katherine helped me over email and reassured me my experience would not be untrustworthy, she suggested to wait untill I got it, Tried it on and then, said when I received it, if anything was wrong to contact her again to further resolve this issue. She gave me several different options and did not make me feel as if I was a bother. Later I ended up receiving my package, inside I got probably the most GORGEOUS dress i've ever tried on. Reviews said the material was low quality?? That's crazy!! I thought it was EXACTLY what I paid for. I got an XS and it was true to size. Very fitting at the top ( this is where i find an issue with other dresses!!) aswell as the waist. The attention to detail was perfect and the stitching was perfect. In my personal experience I just found a new favorite store that makes me feel comfortable and confident, Thank you so much Kaylas Collectives 💓 ( and Katherine with customer service) they really make an effort to show they care about their customers .

Avoid this company. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I figured that because the website says they do 30 day returns that that there’s no risk in buying. Well - the dress came, and it was terrible quality: bad fit, see through, and extremely cheap material. Could get something better on Temu with easier returns. Here’s how to the return process goes: 1) You send an email to them asking to return 2) they reply and ask for photos of the dress 3) after receiving photos, they give you an option for a 20% refund and you get to keep the dress, 40% store credit code, or to ship it back, at your own expense, for a full refund to their “international warehouse”, which they claim will cost $50 4) I said I wanted the full refund. This result in a back and forth with them pushing back, telling me to just take the partial refund or store credit THREE TIMES. 5) finally they gave me the return address, which was to a “Mr. Wu” in China, even though in the same email thread they claimed they are a US “small business” It is completely deceitful and I feel scammed. You are better off ordering from AliExpress or Alibaba for a fraction of the price and less hassle. Avoid avoid avoid. A waste of time and money.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star. They have stolen photos from other websites and used on their own. Then sell a dress similar but not the same to the photo. Asked for a refund which they are refusing. Item is not what they advertised and won't acknowledge it. Thinking email replies are even AI....

Do not order from this website. The quality of the clothing is extremely poor in the sizing is way off. The dress that I ordered did not look like it did on the website and although it was an extra small, it was huge. Also, the return policy is deceptive. Returns are international and you are responsible for the cost of shipping

Kayla’s collective has the most wonderful team, they’re extremely kind, supportive, and understanding. The dress I received was the cerene corset dress in burgundy. The material was extremely soft and flexible, making a short party dress comfortable for any special occasion!
