Honestly wish I could leave zero stars. The dresses were so poorly made it was almost comical. I understand you get what you pay for, but for $140 I was hoping seams would be straight and fabric wouldn't feel like something you'd get from the dollar tree. Do not waste your time and money. They wanted $50 for me to ship them back the garbage dresses. Absolute sham. Customer service was slow and refused to respond to me until I accepted their offer of a 30% refund. Do not buy from this company.

I love the dresses, they fit awesome and the quality is the best. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am trying to return my item as it is not as shown or described. I have not received any reply whatsoever from the company. I need this money back, I cannot afford to have a dress that I am unable to wear and need it to buy a new bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. This is important and I need a refund. Do not buy from here!!! Massive scam, I have been trying to return dresses for over 2weeks. Was asked to pay £100 for a return! My fault I didn’t read the reviews of this website before ordering! After spending $600 I would expect a free and quick return with a full refund!

There is a reason for all the bad reviews. The dress looks nothing like the photos. The quality is awful, the color is completely different from what is shown online, and it is not flattering at all. It also took over two weeks to arrive. What bothers me even more than the poor quality is the return process. They advertise returns as being “hassle-free,” but they have done a very good job of hiding the fact that you will be responsible for a $50 return shipping fee. Personally, the disappointing quality of the dress is one thing, but making customers believe they can easily return an item and then surprising them with an extremely expensive return fee is much worse. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would strongly recommend you avoid them.

I would give ZERO. Do not shop here. I would provide my long email chain as reasoning - just trust me. I have had an ongoing problem since i ordered on June 30th. I disputed the purchase on my card, the dispute timed out, and they lie to say that their payment portal is blocked due to an open dispute.
