I have no clue why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a pre owned ring on 11/28 and I received it by 12/6. The processing time was one day longer than estimated, but shipping was a day shorter, so it worked out. The ring came in perfect condition, no scratches or anything. I also got an insane deal, it was just over $300 for a 14k white gold ring with 1/4 carat diamond. Granted, it was pre owned, but still. That's a great deal. I had read all the reviews after purchasing, and got really worried. It was a great relief to have it arrive so soon. (If you see this same review somewhere else, it is because I copied and pasted it from site to site. I don't want to write this same paragraph over and over)

My visit to Kay Jewelers in Fleming Island today was amazing and Unbelievable. I put my ring in bleach and ruined it. Connie called me and said she was working something out. To my surprise she worked it out so that I got a beautiful NEW RING. I googled it and it said do not put your rings in bleach, I did not know Clorox would damage my ring. I just LOVE ❤️ MY NEW BEAUTIFUL NEW RING. NOTHING LIKE HAVING MY LIFETIME WARRANTY.. she was so patient and understanding. I will never leave my ring in bleach again. Thank you Connie so much😘

My husband surprised me with a beautiful kay jewelers wedding ring I loved it diamonds on the bottom and the top really love it they did a great job with it .

Ordered online and I received my order and everything was absolutely fine. I would highly recommend kay.com for your jewelry purchase. Was worried about all the negative reviews but I had a great experience with kay from ordering to shipping and beyond when ups left the package three doors down at my neighbors house...luckily I went on a treasure hunt after ups said it was delivered and found it.. But even when I called Kay thinking it was not delivered. They were absolutely nothing but understanding and apologetic and I am strongly recommending kay..my experience (other than UPS) was fantastic!!

Additionally, the time from order placement to arrival at my door is nothing short of impressively professional,,, especially considering the amount of economic and social upheaval which tails in the wake of the medical crisis taking place.
