She was extremely helpful and did not rush or pressure us to get anything just to make a sell. She has the best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store.

I was at the Auburn NY store and I haven't been in in forever. I had 2 broken pieces and Patrick was awesome. he looked up each one found that I had warranties and it will cost me nothing to get them fixed. He also cleaned my other jewels foe me and reshaped my ring that was bent up.

Love the mens watch collection they have, prices are higher than online stores like Macy or jomashop.

I just wanted to give James a big shoutout!! I visited Kay’s in Aruba on Wednesday. My first visit to Kay’s and Aruba and it definitely will not be my last!!
