Had issues with a rope bracelet continually breaking and being sent out for repair. Wanted the repair shop to deem it not fixable but still came back fixed multiple times. Carrie understood my issue and made a quick phone call to make that happen, so that I was able to put the purchase price of the defective bracelet towards another one. Thank you Carrie.

I had ANOTHER Great Experience this week at the North Dartmouth, MA location. Today I was greeted by Melanie and Katie with a smile and a big Hello as I was earlier this week. Melanie took the time to treat me like a human being and Not just a credit card. She helped me find a very significant purchase for myself. My wife and I bought two Bulova watches and got my wife a new wedding band. The lady Felicia helped us. I have bought my wife her first promise ring set from them that came with earrings and a necklace. I also bought her engagement ring from there. They have always been helpful and nice.
