I bought simple gold stud earrings online from kay jewelry. When I got them I realized that I wanted a bigger size so I Went to kay jewelers in Staten Island mall. They told me that another store has it in Tennessee and they can overnight it. Fine great. I returned the ones I bought online and it’s been over two weeks. I am still waiting for my earrings. I call the store everyday and they tell me the same things everyday we will overnight it. I have to leave for my trip tomorrow and I never got my earrings. I don’t know if they are doing fraud or what’s going on. Just make it make sense.

Poor quality poor service

The ring they had in the picture (deep gold with sparkly diamonds) looks nothing like what I got. A $650 diamond and gold ring where the diamonds are grey and dull and the gold is almost colorless.

If you are looking for a quality piece of jewelry DO NOT GO TO KAY JEWELERS. The quality is garbage and overpriced. I ordered a custom wedding band for my fiancé and we had so many issues with it. The material was low quality and literally rubbed off after two days. I ordered a gold band with black rhodium in the middle, after two days it was a gold ring band. The manufacture had to resize the ring twice. When they gave it back to us it looked like they burned and played soccer with the ring. There were so many scratches and dents. It was horrible. I demanded a refund and was told I could not get one since it was custom. That was not going to fly with me. I called customer service and demanded to speak with a manager, no one ever called me after filing many claims. I contacted my bank for a dispute and Kay’s issued a refund. Kay Jewelers is a horrible company with cheap products that are over priced. STAY AWAY

Failed to deliver present in time for Christmas as promised.

This has to be the worst jewelry store out there. I bought two rings online only to find out A WEEK later, they're sold out. These rings were birthday gifts I have in 4 days. Now I have to figure something else out. Complete BS, should not have been online if they don't have it. And to find out a week later. I am so pissed off. Don't buy from them or Zales. I'll go to Macy's or a local jewelry store from now on. So pissed

I ordered a ring 2 weeks ago. They have done nothing with the order since...except refuse to update it (size), cancel it, or provide shipping information!! They refuse to provide any concrete information at all....just loop their clients through endless bots.

I'm a veteran but when I was active duty, deployed to Iraq and getting divorced, my ex-wife purchased a $2800 ring using my credit card. I brought it up to Kay's when I saw the statement and they said that they couldn't do anything about it because I had made a payment toward the balance (I had a previous balance of $500 I was fully aware of). What I wish I had known to do when it happened was to file a police report. Kays was not helpful at all. Don't ever shop from this company they clearly do not support or are helpful toward servicemembers.
