This shop is really great. I'm so happy I discovered it and tried it out! I've made quite a large purchase so I was really hoping that the delivery goes smoothly and I was not disappointed. I received my stuff within 3 weeks in several separate packages. One large package came from Japan and two small ones from China. They even included a little gift in one of the packages. I love all the pens I ordered, they write well and I love their quality. I also got the Nyanko plush pencil case and I adore it, I even received compliments on it from my friends. Thank you, Kawaii Pen Shop! ^.^

i ordered two sticker packs, and they took about a month to arrive. i waited and waited, only one package came and the other arrived a few days after. however, i believe they were worth the wait! i received a free miniature washi tape and the stickers are pretty nice, not SUPER high quality but doable :-) i look forward to purchasing more stationary from this online store, since it's quite affordable and very kawaii !! - strawbbyluv on ig (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡

Kawaii Pen Shop is my go to place for cute and affordable stationery that can't be found easily here in the United States. I've ordered couple of times and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. The quality is great and you certainly can't beat the price. The shipping take a little while but everything arrived as promised so I have no issues with that. I'm giving this cute shop 4 stars simply because I wish that all the items were sent in single package as they sometimes ship separately. Other than that I am a very happy customer.

Cheap items + Free shipping = Slow delivery (but it all makes it!) For low prices and free shipping, this shop is pretty alright. When I first ordered, I was nervous it would never make it to me. It took almost a whole month, BUT I eventually received my entire order. So you can at least be reassured that all of your products will arrive at your door, as long as you're patient. (^_^)b Everything else I have ordered so far has matched as pictured (washi tape, pencils, milk pencil case, stickers) I'll be honest here. The quality of some of the products are not up to par, but that's what I get for going cheap. A couple of my SummikkoGurashi items (pencil cases) ended up being knock-offs. So be wary of that. TL;DR So far, so good. I've enjoyed all of my purchases, even though it took some extra time to get here. Will order from them in the future without hesitation.

My experience was good. All items arrived well and the communication with the seller was great. Would give it 5 stars just wish the shipping was a bit faster. Still, everything arrived on time.

Great website to buy stationery! the products are just as I imagined them and everything was affordable. The sale items are really great as well. The ony thing I wish they would improve on is shipment. It did take a while for my items to arrive and they don’t offer a tracking code that’s the only con that I have but other than that everything else is good.

All good. The shipping took 2 weeks but it’s as expected so I wasn’t surprised. The products are nice and good quality. I’ve purchased the Mildliners, Pilot juice pens and two packs of stickers and they came in two packages. The stickers are so cute and the pens are really amazing. My only request is that the shipping time could be improved.
