Very nice; took a while for my order to arrive (3 months) but it didn't bother me too much. However, one sticker set from my order never arrived so I emailed them, and they've given me an option to either have a refund or a $6 voucher (and the set that never arrived was around $3, so obviously I had to take the voucher lol). Wonderful and thoughtful people.

Kawaii! Yesterday I received pens and stickers of cats! I love them so much, they are super cute and nice! I suggest to send everything in an unique box! Anyway the time to receive it it's fine! Thank you !

I was very happy with my purchase from Kawaii Pen Shop. They have a huge selection of stationary, and I was able to find everything that I was looking for. It seems affordable, and the website’s layout is easy to use. The customer service was helpful and very polite. My package arrived a week after I ordered it, and the only problems seemed to be one of the product‘s packaging was slightly bent around the edges (the product itself was fine) and the binding of a journal was a bit wrinkled. I’ll probably purchase from Kawaii Pen Shop again, I mean how could I resist their adorable stationary!?

The Kawaii Pen Shop website is very easy and understandable to use. They have a big variety of kawaii stationary items and goods that I wanted to buy everything. They are also pretty responsive if you email/dm them an inquiry. The majority of the items are also discounted and other promos can work in addition (ex: free shipping, extra discounts, etc.). I decided to order some pretty washi tape rolls, one of the Rosy Posy Girl enamel keyrings, and a few sticker sets (rice bowl, Molang, and Pompompurin). I had free track shipping, so I was able to occasionally track the status of my package via the Hong Kong Post #. Shipping took about a week from order date/5 days from ship-out date to arrive. Didn’t take long given that it was an international order. Everything is super cute and am mostly happy about the products. One issue is that the Pompompurin Set only had 40 out of the 50 (listed on the website). Overall happy with the purchase and I would buy from them again. Tip: always double check that you received everything that you ordered.

I bought 3 washi tapes from this website and they are so amazing and exactly as described! The only thing I didn’t like was the time it took to be delivered (about 2 weeks) but that is understandable. The quality is lovely and I will definitely be buying from this site again very soon!
