Company sent order missing item. Contacted and they have given me no constructive response for two weeks. Item is now sold out on their website. Company is fine (if over priced) if you have no issues but if you have any problem they will ghost you

Terrible customer service. It’s been over 3 months since my order and it’s been almost 2 weeks since my last contact with them. Over the past 2mo contact was consistent, but now it’s been ignored. Never ordering from them again. Don’t waste your money.

Tried to order $4.99 stickers, only when I almost completed checkout shipping was going to be $40 !?!?!🤯 Be aware and also check out their BBB reviews, 5 compliants, mostly people never receiving their orders. No replies back when people asked where is their order.

My first order with them took forever. I had ordered a month in advance for a gift for friends and it came so late that I couldn't give them the gifts on their birthdays. The quality of the items was wonderful though and I decided I would order from them again and make sure to order even earlier. I ordered a set of pens and some stickers (and possibly something else, I don't even remember now) for the child I nanny as a Christmas gift. However, they were still late with the order, and to make matters worse, when they finally did deliver it was the day before Christmas and my package was either lost by the mail service or it was stolen off my porch. I've been going back and forth with customer service for over three months now and all they tell me is to check with my postal office (which I have and they reiterate that it's not with them and it was dropped off on my porch the day before Christmas Eve). I was told at one point that I would have a manager contact me to resolve this issue and never heard from said person. I tried giving them more time and being patient but it's now late February and I first contacted them at the end of December about my issue. I won't be purchasing from this shop again. The way they're handling my claim is entirely dismissive. I wouldn't recommend using the shop for anyone. They take way too long to deliver and won't help you if your items don't make it to you.

I literally didn’t receive my order and I emailed them to try and cancel my order for a refund but they haven’t responded.

I ordered 70 dollars worth of pens and stationery with a few plastic files, and they did NOT bother to even send a piece of cardboard to ensure the plastic files weren't SCRUNCHED during shipping, i don't understand how ANYONE WITH COMEN SENSE could do this and think "yeah it'll be fine"?????????? again, no customer service replied, no one cared, until i opened a paypal claim and escalated it. Surely they only care when money is on the line, as soon as you spend it, it's out the window. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I agree with other customers. The customer service is a scam. My package has been missing for two months. No attempt to help find it. They say to go ask at the post office! Upgraded to a senior manager means they are ignoring you. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they respond with “too many responses” and they will get back to me. Horrible way to do business. So disappointed.

They sent a wrong item and never replaced/refunded it. Do not order it from this website unless their item from Amazon for replacement or refund.
