I only bought a few things, some stickers and wash tape. They arrived in a good amount of time, under a month. I had no issues but keep in mind I had a small order.

Hallo erstmal :3 Also an sich sind die Sachen echt mega süß und ich LIEBE die Stickers!!! ♡♡♡ Natürlich muss man etwas Geduld dabei haben, also man sollte sich schon auf mindestens 2-4 Wochen drauf einstellen, bis wann endlich das Paket kommt. Manchmal passiert es aber auch, dass die Sachen einzeln verschickt werden, aber bis jetzt sind sie alle bei mir angekommen und bei meiner letzten Bestellung sind sie alle zusammen gekommen. :3

Chose to spend >25$ to get the free shipping.Products arrived a little sooner than 1 month after placing the order, inside a bubble wrap envelope. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect conditions. Will buy again soon!

I ordered some washis and stickers. Excellent quality, and the shipping wasn‘t that long - but I couldn‘t find where to track my order.

Kind and reliable. The shipment to Italy was very slow, but in the end the package arrived at no additional cost for Italian customs.

Best prices you can get among stationary shops, even compared to Amazon or eBay. The shipping is pretty decent now that it is tracked, also the package comes in great conditions. Love the wide range of products. This is the third time I order something and the first one it comes with no problems. I ordered twice on June 2018 and to this day (August 2019) haven’t got my items or my money back, they always tell me to wait till the order is shipped back to them so they can resend but no more. I have been unable to find a solution for this since those orders had no tracking number, making it impossible to know what was going on.

Fantastic little shop! My order arrived very quickly and the products are nice quality. Good customer service, very responsive. Only thing that bugged me a bit was one of the product i ordered didnt look exactly the same as the picture. Nothing major, but its not quite what i expected. Otherwise id really reccomend shopping here!
