Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I have ordered on this website a while ago and despite the shipping taking a lot of time, the quality of the items are great. The pens I bought write so smoothly. Best ones I've ever had! 10/10 would buy again once I run out of ink ;)

I’m happy with my purchase. Everything arrived well within the time mentioned on the website. The products are very cute and at affordable prices. I love the quality of all items that I received. I feel like the bad reviews are unfortunate! I've bought from this store twice and I will certainly be back for more. They always responded in timely manner when I emailed them, so everything has been great!

My favorite Japanese stationery store! I just wish I had more money...

On the bright side, the things I ordered from here are as described and realllly cute! I’ve ordered pens, highlighters, watercolors, a notebook, several sets of stickers and some sticky notes. I’ve made three purchases since I discovered this site and I’ve been loving all the items that I received. I was also nicely surprised by the quality of everything. Another good aspect was the service. I’ve contacted the shop via email and their responses were prompt everytime. The downsides: The orders took several weeks to arrive. I would get my items in a span of 2 weeks to a month. The shipping is free so I’m fine waiting a little longer. I would also get some of the items in separate packages but I actually found it kind of fun. :) Overall, I think the value for money is really good and I really love the selection of products that this shop has to offer. If you don’t mind waiting for your package, I will say go ahead and give it a try!

Ordered for the first time and everything went smoothly. I'll definitely check again and purchase if I find something I like.

Worth the wait. The gel pens I ordered write beautifully and are fantastic quality. The mechanical pencils are also wonderful. I was very impressed with the products overall and will be ordering again! HIGHLY recommended!

About shipping - pros and cons My first order was placed about October last year. It took about 2 weeks for the first few items to arrive. I ordered a few stickers, some pencils, a notebook and some additional sheets. At the end of November everything arrived but the notebook sheets. I wrote a message to the shop who asked me if it would be okay for me to wait two more weeks. I agreed. Because nothing had arrived until then I messaged them again and they send the item again. About 2 weeks later everything had arrived. You need to keep in mind, these items are shipped unsecured. There is no tracking and this is a risk for the seller, not for the buyer. If anything won't arrive they need to ship it again. But you will definitely get your items! The positive Aspekte of the shipment is, that you never ever have to pay customs or something. The support was very friendly and fast (answered within 24 hours) . About quality of the products In my opinion the products have a very high quality. I love the pencils, they are very durable. The prints on them (for example cat eyes) don't peel off. The color is very nice and smooth. I honestly can't think of a thing that had a low quality. The sheets are pretty and the prints are great. No smell or anything. Since now I have placed two more orders and I will definitely order again!

Your shop is awesome! At first I was nervous because with the prices and free shipping it seemed too good to be true. I contacted the store and they were very helpful in making me feel like I was making a safe choice. I've made quite a few orders since then, it takes time to receive my order but I've never been disappointed in the quality.
