The communication with the company was very good, fast and effortless. With the clear displayed information about the processing and the shipping I didn't have to worry about my order being lost although the international shipping took a lot of time compared to regional orders (24 days in total). My order came in several packages therefore I didn't have to go to the next custom office by myself. The packages were checked by customs officials and then sent to my adresse. The packages were even small enough to fit in the mailbox easily, so I didn't even have to worry about missing the mail man and then go to a post office. My full order hasn't arrived yet, but the first half was well packed and I can't wait for the rest of it to come. I will definitely revisit this awesome online store! Thank you Kawaii Pen Shop!

I've purchased multiple items from Kawaii Pen Shop and they never disappointed me. I really like how the shipping is free and that they always have most of their items on sale too. The selections are so good and have decent quality as well. For those that mention getting only half their order, when you check-out your items, it even mentions on the bottom of the page that if you order multiple items, they will most likely come in separate packages. That is actually what happened when I ordered multiple things but they all arrived to me over time. You just have to be patient :)

I love this cute little shop!! The stickers and accessories and pens come from Asia, so they’re legit when say I got the Totoro or gudetama stickers! Shipping was as expected for coming from different parts of Asia, but it was free so I am definitely NOT complaining! The quality is great, as I also expected, and I really can’t say anything bad about this store! 💕 Most definitely check it out if you can! Their sales are great too so you should wait for them!

This shop is so unique & diverse. It doesn’t even compare to any other stationary!! I’ve recieved so many compliments on my pens & highlighters plus they are good quality! They also have a great selection for back to school!!

I am very pleased with this shop. My order arrived on time - they promise 25 business days to the United States on their website. The products where nice and honestly their prices are a steal. With free shipping I really cannot complain. Also their customer service was responding very fast, I got responses to all my emails within 24 hours. Other companies I have been shopping with usually take much longer to respond. I will be placing another order soon.
