Hi Elena, If I could give Kawaii Pen Shop 10 stars I would! Firstly, my gold tone pilot Frixion multi pen is not available anywhere from US. It is absolutely amazing. Even my beautiful wife of 55 years who barely tolerates my 60 year pen hobby thinks it is the best looking pen I own!! If she behaves. . maybe I'll get her the one with the pink tone.... Just as important as the pen buying experience is the persona contact professionalism that I got from your staff associate Elena. In my marketing sales management background, having a kind professional company contact like Elena makes such a big difference in this crazy over teched world. Kawaii Pen Shop Really Delivers! I bought quite a few stickers and some washi tapes for my card crafting and journaling. Everything was packaged neatly and arrived as promised. I've ordered from them before and like the quality of the items. This time I used the express delivery and was pleased with with the delivery time.

I was so pleased with my purchase from the shop and, also, with their customer service. They were quick to respond to my question about delivery. The merchandise was packaged very nicely, too. I’ll purchase from them again.

I've made three orders with Kawaii Pen Shop now, two for myself and one on behalf of a friend. This company has great customer service, then respond to emails and my package arrived in a timely manner. Was wrapped and very secure for going through the mail. You can tell they appreciate their customers.
