Good customer services and quick in replying to emails. Wonderful products. I did wait three months for my package, though ( yes, I know, it‘s a pandemic), but in the end it came as a wonderful surprise today. So if I buy again, I might place my order NOW for Christmas ;-)

Their products are super cute and they have a huge selection! Good prices, and everything arrived in tact. However, it took a very long time to get to me (over 2 months).

I would rate the product 5 stars, but the delivery was extremly delayed. I only deducted 1 star b/c the customer service provided by Marin was excellent AND the delays were COVID-caused. I purchased the Starry night tape and it is lovely. Marin informed me of new shipping options. I will be purchasing again.

I love the things this shop sells. I placed my first order some time ago, and due to the pandemic the items were shipped by boat, rather than air, which resulted in a delay - hence 4 stars rather than 5. However, customer services were extremely quick to respond to my enquiries and escalate my concerns. There were no issues with that. Parcel arrived today and it was beautifully packaged and of very good quality so I am pleased... They tell me too, that they have sorted out the pandemic shipping issues ... so maybe I'll order some more things.
