Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I've ordered from this site a couple times. This last time I got a back pack and I really love it. Shipping took a little longer but thats expected with pandemic issues. I did contact them and was given a response quickly, and my item arrived safely and ln great condition. Thank you!

Recently I decided to read the Bible from front to back, needing highlighters I bought 2 packs of their mildliner highlighters thinking that I would need that many for all the pages I would be reading...little did I know how long they last without fading at all! I am almost done reading and 1 single highlighter lasted me through the whole thing! Amazing 10/10

I have placerade a couple of orders from Kawaii and each time I have been pleased with the products. My last order though never made it ro me and was for some reason returned to Kawaii. I contacted Kawaii and they have gone far above the service I could ever imagine a company would do to make me get my order and be a pleased customer.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. The products have a very good quality and are exactly as shown in the photos. I loved them and I wanted to buy much more. Super recommended!

I purchased some cute stationery items from Kawai Pen Shop and I'm very happy with them! 😊 My favourite one is the Japanese transparent pencil case! ❤ I will definitely get more cute things soon! 🌷

I have purchased from The Kawaii Pen Shop a few times - and I am never disappointed. I find that for the price of the stationary, the quality is really good. I had an issue once with an order, where they forgot to include a pen I had purchased. I emailed them and received a response very quickly. They gave me options too! They let me pick between having the item shipped out at a later date, getting a refund on the product, or a store credit. I find their customer support team to be very friendly and easy to get a hold of - which is something very important to me when I shop. I will be ordering from them again in the future!

I love their stickers and washi tapes! I've ordered a few of them already and I especially like the flower patterns they have. One set with three different designs I got didn't stick as well as the single tapes, but i didn't mind that. Other than tape and stickers I haven't bought any other items yet, but I definitely will in the future. The shipping was surprisingly fast, I had expected it to take longer (shipping to Germany). Overall a great store to buy cute stationery.

I really enjoyed my experience with this shop they had a lot of cute items that can be hard to find in normal shops.
