Have ordered multiple times from Kawaii Pen Shop and always love all their products! I placed my last order during Covid-19 so a little bit of a shipping delay, but the team was awesome with their responses when I emailed about the status of the order and definitely helped as much as they could with the tracking! Will order from Kawaii Pen Shop again, soon!

I ordered right before COVID-19 restricted mail to the U.S. so there was a bit of a time delay, but that was to be expected due to the circumstance. My package came safe and sound with all the cute stuff I ordered just as pictured!! The customer service staff is very kind and considerate, and try their best to get you the help you are requesting. Overall I had a good experience ordering from Kawaii Pen Shop and would do it again!

We’ve ordered twice now for my 9 year old daughter who cannot get enough cute pens, washi tape, stickers, etc. Completely satisfied both times. Covid caused a major delay with shipping for our April order. Completely understandable and Kawaii Pen Shop has been quick to reply to emails and provided personal service and relevant info in response. Will be ordering again, I’m sure.

The items are beautiful, and beautifully packaged for shipping! Shipping takes several weeks right now, owing to current circumstances, but Kawaii Pen Shop is very responsive to inquiries. I will order again!

Really loved the products that they had on the website, and wanted to take a chance on them since there aren’t any physical stores near me that I can get cute washi tape from! My stuff came in great condition, looks legit, and I will definitely consider ordering from them again! *Note: My package was coming from Hong Kong to the US. Since I placed my order in April, I was fully aware that it was going to take longer than usual for my package to arrive because of Covid 19 quarantines and the major restrictions placed on international mail because of the virus!

I had ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop before the pandemic and they have beautiful washi tape and paper clips. I ordered again on March 24th and they shipped it out on March 29th. Hong Kong Post showed that it left them on April 7th and then . . . Crickets. Luckily, Bettina took care of me. She responded to my email on the same day and gave me a detailed explanation of the shipping (slow boat from China 😊) and when I could expect my package. I just got it and the sticky notes, paper clips, and washi tapes are adorable.
