Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

We paid for expedited shipping and the order arrived pretty quick and was packaged well. Love the two cases we ordered, super cute and great quality. The post it’s are cute just don’t stick so well once they are removed from the base pad. The pens we ordered are adorable but the tips are pretty fragile. A few came broken, the tip just pushes up into the body of the pen so they don’t write. I will definitely order again because the products are unique and super cute. Just hoping the little issues were quirks that were one of issues.

Shipping in the time of Covid definitely took very long but after a little over 3 months of waiting, everything I ordered arrived packaged very carefully and in perfect condition! I did become concerned when 3 months had passed and still nothing, so I emailed customer service and I got a very thorough and helpful response with links and resources on what to do but my package arrived shortly after. I had placed two separate orders on two separate days and when I received my package I noticed that they combined all my items from both orders into one package which I very much appreciated! Overall I definitely would shop here again and recommend to my more patient friends.

I’ve ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a few times and have always been happy with the products. They are wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and arrive in good condition. The only issue is that you have to wait a very long time before receiving the package. I’m in Australia and it took about 1.5 months before I got the package, but given the current Covid environment, I can’t blame them. When I contacted the company about the long wait time, they got back to me within a few days and explained the long delays. They estimated it may take 10-11 weeks to get to me but luckily it took less time than that!

I was starting to worry that I had been scammed. I love the things they sell; it's my kind of store! So I placed an order on May 6th. The Hong Kong Post's [only] status update indicated it was "Handed over to carrier / Left for destination" as of May14th and I was not able to find out its status since. Thanks to other Trustpilot reviews of Kawaii Pen Shop and some reviewers' advice, I waited patiently for my package to arrive and sure enough, three months later (Aug 4th), I now have the package in my hands! The items I ordered were tightly and neatly protected by bubble wrap and all arrived undamaged and in working order. I'm very happy to have finally received the delivery but it definitely tested my patience. I believe Kawaii Pen Shop now has a disclaimer on their site that deliveries can be delayed up to 3 months, but the disclaimer wasn't there when I first placed the order. Had I known the items come from Asia, I would have shopped at my local stationery stores to cut down on shipping/delivery times!

I am happy with my order now that it has finally arrived. It literally took months even though I was assured it went on a boat from Asia at the end of April. I communicated with the store owner Marin at one point asking for a refund and was told that they had noticed a delay in shipments to my area due to Covid. I waited two more weeks and the order arrived on their predicted schedule. I was happy with the customer service received as well as with my merchandise.

I love my order, everything looked exactly like it does on the website and the quality seems great. It did take a month to receive my order but that is unsurprising because of COVID. The customer service was great in getting back to me when I couldn't see anything on the tracking page about my order. I will definitely order from here again but probably will pay for the expedite shipping.

Very cute items. My daughter was happy to finally receive them. The backpack was a huge hit. Shipping took a while - they mailed my package on May 14, and we got it on July 25.

All the items were great! The delivery was delayed but that was due to COVID and when I reached out for updates, I found the customer service prompt, helpful and friendly. Overall great experience and will shop here again.
