Order At kawaii for the first time. And well I’ve been waiting and waiting. And my local post office have confirmed that the package that I’m waiting for hasn’t even hit our border. I’m well aware of Covid 19. But Damn So I reached out AGAIN to kawaii writing a email where it was clear that I was unsatisfied and they respond with a copy paste email. Got the same email last time I wrote. Super bummed out.

it has been 4 months since i placed my order, which was mainly stickers. i understand with the covid 19 outbreak it may be hard to ship, but i ordered prior to the time when the outbreak became a pandemic. the customer service is terrible, and they just send you automated emails whenever you have a question. hopefully, when my order arrives, it will be cute and high quality, but for now, all i can do is wait.

I was very disappointed with Kawaii Pen Shop. Three weeks before Christmas I ordered $50 worth of items as gifts. Now, they have not come and I don't have the gifts for my grandchildren! I am more than frustrated; I am indignant!

I did not have a good experience with this site. They had a promotion code they had advertised that did not work so I was charged incorrectly. Then the whole process to rectify that was atrocious. The products came in small lots with some products coming from China and there was no indication as to how long it would be until you do receive everything you’d purchased. Not worth it imo.

Compared to other online retailers, the experience here is considerably below average. Had similar experience to many others - long delivery times with no visibility and multiple shipments. They did however, always respond promptly over email and in a friendly way. What I found distasteful was the apparent, deliberate concealment of country of origin (China). Perhaps they have a point, because had I known I would not have purchased from this store. I will not be purchasing from this store again.

I haven't had many of the problems others seem to have had thankfully, but I package did take 30 days to arrive instead of the promised 8-25 once shipped. I ordered a Gudetama pencil case which looks very cute at a distance. Upon further inspection the printing is a bit off, and the zipper popped off the second I unzipped it. Thankfully it snaps shut, but this definitely should not have happened. Looks like it came from the dollar store. Clearly cheap knock-off products that I wouldn't really recommend buying. Thankfully I only spent $4 and my package actually arrived.

Don't buy from them!!! It takes forever to get your order. And i meant FOREVER!!! Plus, you can buy same things that cost a lot less on Aliexpress. And they arrive much quicker! I placed my order at the beginning of July and it's the end of August i still haven't receive everything. i bought things internationally before and it never ever took this long. Two stars for their customer service and nothing else.

sumiko gurashi stickers are very fake. it was was made on a badly un-aligned printer, showing all the red & blue lines allover the place. i cant use it because its blurred so much you can see what this picture actually is. i then emailed them back because i realised the i didn't receive something the order. Which they said it would be sent separately, why couldn't you put it in the first batch?, so i just then assumed i wasn't getting it. i got it 2 and half weeks later. with this last one i got this with a free terrible washi tape, that is "0.4 cm thick. I just cant understand that stuff that is this viably awful can be sent to people. AVOID THIS SITE x
