Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

Everything was so cute and high quality! Better than expected! Highly recommend if you’re looking for kawaii anything buy from here!

Shipping to the US during quarantine has not been the best for other companies. Fortunately, Kawaii Penshop has been incredible! I was able to buy so many products from them while they had this awesome sale. The products usually if not entirely originating from Japan were translated into english on the site making it user friendly. Additionally, it was VERY difficult for me to narrow down my cart because everything was so beautiful, cute, useful, etc. They offer such a wide variety of tapes and stickers and sticky notes and pens and it was just such a great online shopping experience. I was highly impressed when my items arrived a week ahead of time! When I opened my package (there were 37 items) I could tell it was hand packed with care. The items weren't jumbled up or tossed in there without thinking. They were packed nicely and certain items even double wrapped for extra care. I will always buy more supplies from Kawaii Penshop, and highly recommend them. Thankful for all the beautiful things I can create now! (This was not sponsored or whatever those paid reviews are. This is just my honest review of a great shopping/shipping/receiving experience.)

Such cute stuff! My order arrived exactly as described and earlier than expected.

More than what I expected. Love the washi tapes and notebooks. Will order more

I am absolutely satisfied with my order and the service. Everything was packaged tightly and orderly, so I will definitely be buying from them again! Good stuff !

Despite operating in these trying times, they did the best they could to get the item to me and the customer service was prompt and helpful :) Can't wait to shop from these guys again

This shop has charming items of beautiful quality. My orders have always been correct. Communication is very fast. I had a delay in my last order due to COVID which was not the shops fault, and the owner was extremely communicative with me until it arrived. I will definitely shop again, and again!

We bought a bunch of cute little stickers/pens/note pads, etc. to help keep the kids entertained during our home quarantine and it finally arrived! My kids are so happy, and everything is perfect/just as ordered. Thank you!!!
