Sticker and metallic pens were so cute and work well. While the pandemic messed with shipping times, my email asking for updated shipping times was quickly returned and communication was transparent. Love the products and the customer service. Will use Express shipping option for the future. :-)

Just the cutest stationary ! Everything arrived safely . Due to the pandemic there was a delay, however customer service was very good about communicating with me about my order . Would definitely order more in the future .

I would definitely order from them again! I put my order in at the end of April and with the mess from the pandemic it took a little more than two months to receive it. What makes the difference for me is how easy it was to get in contact with customer service. I was able to get questions answered within a few days and was confident that my package was arriving even if it was taking the long way around. This kind of customer service has given me the confidence that even during a pandemic I know they will stay reliable. The products are also fantastic, I had to order new pens because mine keep walking away when someone likes my purchases!

Pandemic or not, I will keep coming back to Kawaii Pen Shop. Anytime I have had a question, customer service has been top notch and so efficient. Yes, shipping took longer during this time because of the virus, however, communication has been clear, constant, and sincere throughout the wait. Bottomline, I know KPS would have taken care of me. Our package just arrived after some time and I can not be more thrilled with our purchase. Nevertheless, I will be back for more because it was shared that KPS took steps to adapt to the current situation by securing other shipping options to make things more efficient even with the pandemic. Now please excuse me, I need to get back to shopping for more kawaii stationary from KPS. ✌🏼☺️

I love their adorable stickers! I send notes of encouragement to homebound seniors and others that are hospitalized. I really enjoy the smiles your cute stickers bring. Great communication with their staff. With Pandemic a longer wait but so worth it! Thanks so much!

Package arrived late due to shipping during a pandemic, but the Kawaii team was super helpful in helping me track the package. It was helpful that the team was so responsive as I was waiting for the package to arrive. I knew they would offer a refund if the package didn't come, but in the end it arrived and we love the items!

I am so delighted with the stickers and washi tape I ordered. I live in the states so it did take quite a bit longer to get to me than it would normally take due to the pandemic. However, all of my correspondence with customer service was very helpful and they provided me with detailed information about the shipping process and what they believed to be the issue. When my package arrived it was in excellent condition. I'm so looking forward to using these.
