Wonderful quality and great price. I couldn't be more happy with the products I ordered and am already looking at more things to add to my collection. Customer service response time was wonderful and they answered the questions I had. I strongly recommend Kawaii Pen Shop for your stationary needs!

They have some very attractive stamp sets, so I ordered one. It arrived the othr day. I love the stamps, and I'm also impressed by the beautiful box they're in. The quality of the stamps is excellent, very sharp and clear impressions. I should know, because back in the day I designed comical and weird rubber stamps for companies across the US, and at one time I had a collection of over 1,000 stamps. I know a good stamp when I see one. Let me add that the people there are very polite and professional in communications so I am also impressed with that.

Took a while to get here (due to COVID), but everything was wrapped up nicely! Definitely ordering from this website again! High quality!

I just received my first order the other day and will definitely be ordering from them again. I was very happy with everything that came in my order (a pen, stickers, sticky notes, tape, tacks). I can’t speak on the shipping (my country’s post service is backlogged because of the pandemic) but I’m very happy with such great and cute products.

I some how stumbled across this website and was drawn in by the uniquely curated web store! Bought several items for making cards and journaling for my nephews and niece but had to get a few items for myself. Arrived in timely manner all items in perfect condition. Planning another order!!

Their responsiveness and customer service was outstanding -- although my items took forever to arrive, that wasn't due to anything on their part as they dispatched my package in a very timely manner. All of the items are just lovely and we'll be ordering again! If you see the feather bookmarks they are a *MUST* have. :-)

Their customer support in the time of the pandemic was top notch. Better than most big brands I would say. Despite the delay due to the pandemic, my items arrived safely and accurately. Thanks Kawaii Pen Shop! I'll be back for more!
