Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

The pen collection that they carry is not only cute but are also of great quality. My order arrived well package and in excellent condition. Kudos to their customer service! They are very prompt in responding back to queries regarding the order. Will definitely order again in the future.

Super efficient, order arrived exactly as described and in great condition,

Package was delayed due to the pandemic but customer service was prompt and very helpful in finding out why the USPS was not updating the tracking number. Thrilled with my items especially the new pens, cute cat stickers that look just like my own cat, and Washi Tapes. I even squealed with joy a few times startling my husband who shares the home office with me. He commented that I've not usually that happy about getting pens so they must be something extra special. I will have to be aware of the longer shipping times due to the pandemic and new rules for international packages. However I can plan accordingly for a longer wait time or to pay for the upgraded shipping, but looking forward to ordering different pens and stationary items for another treat. I think this will become a seasonal habit for me. Will order again.

Ordered maybe like 2 months ago and my order juat came in today. Thought my order was lost and contacted the shop and even emailed. Email took some time for them to reply but I also dm'ed their Instagram account and contacted me fast! Very nice, polite, and helpful. Even the owner herself contacted me to make sure everything was alright! Told me to wait a couple days and sure enough my order came! Everything was in perfect condition and neatly wrapped. I understood why my package was slow but just wanted to make sure that my package wasn't lost. Even offered me a full refund if it didn't come!

The items I ordered arrived safely, and are as cute as pictured!

I love the cute pens I received. I also got lots of stickers and sticky notes. Great quality! Great products! I had to get in touch with the store and they were very responsive to my needs. I will absolutely shop here again.

excelent service, it didn't take long time and it arrived in good condition❤

I love these products - creative, whimsical, joyful. I've been sending a lot of handwritten cards during covid, using the stickers from Kawaii Pen Shop and it really adds so much joy and beauty. Because of covid, my April order was delayed in arriving. When I emailed the company asking about it, they sent me a thoughtful, detailed email about the shipping process and when I could expect it. They apologized for the delay - which I totally understand b/c of covid - and I felt really listened to and respected as a customer. They are professional, considerate and polite. When my order arrived it was in perfect condition. That's how I wish all companies were. I can't wait to order again. The products are so much fun.
