Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

Despite longer than usual shipping times, I had an amazing experience with this shop every step of the way. The shop itself has such adorable items! I was so excited to receive my order. After waiting longer than expected, I emailed and got a very thoughtful reply asking for my patience. After waiting a few weeks longer, my order arrived carefully packaged in perfect condition. Despite the long wait, I’m so happy with my order and will recommend to friends and order again in the future. Thank you, kawaiipenshop!

It was worth the wait for my package to come from Kawaii Pen Shop. The tapes and stickers are just what I wanted. I’ll use some of the stickers and tape for my projects and some will be sent to a friend in Germany. I know she’ll like them. Thank you for your interesting and comprehensive collection of products!!

I bought some pens and pencils and markers for my daughter who loves stationary . The quality was excellent ! Would definitely buy from them again . During the difficult times of COVID there was a slight delay in receiving our order but I had prompt replies and progress updates from Marin and the team at Kawaii pen shop . They now have an optional paid express delivery to get the lovely goodies to you sooner .

Great products and service. I am quite pleased with the service I received, even in the middle of COVID-19!

I ordered some of the most beautiful products. This is my second time ordering with KPS and they did not disappoint! Delivery took slightly longer but at no fault of their own as this was due to the backlog of the pandemic. Their customer service has been exemplary when I sent a DM ask about tracking. They were super responsive and kind. But patience is a virtue and sure enough they arrived safe and sound today, I opened them and my day was instantly brightened! Absolutely amazing quality. I really can’t recommend them enough for gorgeous stationary 😻. I’ll definitely be placing another order when I’m able to. Many thanks guys! Ebs :) 💜

Kawaii Pen shop is awesome. I love the unique things they sell and their customer service is second to none. Shipping is usually very fast and the packaging is excellent, I have had a few orders from them now and everything has been tracked and arrived in perfect condition. I had to reach out to them over my last order - the shipping was taking longer than expected due to the covid-19 pandemic and I was worried that it was lost. Elena and Marin were both right on it and not once did I feel that this issue would not be resolved to my liking. Everything ended up arriving just fine and as previously said... packaged perfectly. I would highly recommend this store and will buy again I am sure!

The ordered items arrived to Slovenia in less than three weeks, perfectly packaged and just as shown on the website. I had been in contact with Marin and Elena who were both friendly and responsive. I’m just sorry I ordered items mostly to be handed out as presents, I would like to keep everything myself. Very satisfied, hope to order again soon!

I placed my order on the Kawaii Pen Shop website in March 2020 and my package finally arrived in Italy today, June 30th. Despite Covid19 the customer service Marin was very kind when I contacted her for news of my package. Everything arrived in perfect condition and as I had seen in the shop!
