Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it's completely understandable considering all the slow-downs surrounding the pandemic. My family is healthy - I can't complain too much about shipping time on things that aren't essential to our survival right now. That being said, all the cute offerings from the store do offer some boost to mine and my kids' well-being! Customer service is great. I only wish that inventory was up-to-date on some items and that there was a larger selection of goods!

I placed an order with this shop and everything I got is just what I was hoping it would be. I love the products and I love the attractive choices this company has. It did take quite a bit of time for me to receive it but with Covid, even Amazon has been taking forever and this is coming from overseas. When I contacted the company to see about when I could expect the order, I heard directly from the owner and I was updated on where the order was (still on a ship) and that I would receive it soon and I did. I'm definitely going to order again, understanding this is not a company that can get it here overnight. I'm very happy with my experience with this shop!

Obviously with everything going on in the world at the moment, international shipping times are longer and tracking may be difficult. Communication with the shop however was very timely and helpful. My order did finally arrive, very well packaged and filled with all the lovely things I ordered.

After a receiving a gift from Kawaii Pen Shop from a friend, I've placed multiple orders with them myself. Every time I've been thrilled with the adorable, great quality stationery supplies I've received. Shipping can take some time, but if you're prepared for the wait, it's no trouble. On the one occasion I had a question about my shipment, I received prompt, excellent customer service.

It took a long time (3 months!) to get my stuff, but it was adorable and high quality, and they DID answer all my emails asking where everything was.

Like others have said, standard shipping times are much longer than usual right now due to COVID-19, and the USPS stopped providing updates on the order status after it was handed over to the carrier. None of that is the shop’s fault, though, so I’m not factoring it into the rating—especially since their customer service was wonderful when I inquired about the delay! They have a great selection of lovely and adorable products for surprisingly low prices, and I’ve been happy with the tapes and stickers I’ve ordered both times I’ve made a purchase for this shop.

Delightful! Just what I was looking for, and the customer service was excellent. Marin (the shop owner) was quick to address my questions about shipping when my package took a little longer to arrive than expected...but we are in the middle of a global pandemic right now, so that is totally understandable. I would absolutely order again -- and in fact plan to do a little "window shopping" later today.
