Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

Commande bien reçue, c'était un peu long, 3 semaines mais elle est bien arrivée, rien ne manquait et tout était conforme.

Have ordered a couple of times from Kawaii. Love the products. Good quality and shipping is decent. The products come from China so the shipping timeframes are longer than in country, but not terrible. I know up front how long it will take so I order in plenty of time. Definitely will order from again!

the products hava a good quality and so kawaii! I got brush pens, stamps and other stuff. this is already my 2nd time buying from them. there was a missing item on my first purchase and they were so prompt in responding to complaints. They offered to refund me with the amount of the missing item or a voucher that i can use for the next order. The packaging is nice and secured and the shipping is very fast but it is a bit expensive. Overall I am happy with my experience from this shop and I will surely order again.

I've ordered through kawaii pen shop before, and my most recent order arrived quickly but the shipping was ridiculously expensive to Canada. I received an email while I was still deciding on wehtehr to buy, that said it was free shipping over a certain dollar amount. It wasn't, as I was still charged shipping, so its pretty annoying that they didn't even change their email templates with their new COVID-19 Shipping rates. Other than that, I enjoy their product range, and the prices are reasonable.

I love this online store everything is so cute. They have a lot of stationery stuff for all types and needs. The shipping was really fast ! I would definitely re-order from this place !

surprisingly quick delivery, great products. my kids love this stuff!

I ordered and a week and a half later already received my order!

Wow, where do I start? It took 24 days, about 4 weeks, to get here. I was starting to get nervous by the 2-3 week since it had not been showing up in my mailbox so I checked trustpilot to see others reviews but that didn’t help much either! I ended up reading some of the bad reviews and got super scared that kawaii pen shop was a scam BUT it turned up in my mail box 4 weeks later. One particular review really helped me and I even took a screenshot of it so if I ever felt that my package wouldn’t come, I would read it to myself to feel better (they talked about waiting patiently). One super small problem I had though was that it wasn’t as well packaged as I expected it to be. When I read some of the reviews on here, they would mention how their items were neatly packaged and tightly together but for me, that wasn’t the case. Mine was in a plastic packaging bag and they just put my things in it. I bought a little box of 10 washi tapes along with some stickers and they ended up falling out of the small plastic box it came in since it had been squished. but other else than that, everything turned out great. time to get here: 3/5 packaging: 4/5 quality of all the items bought: 5/5 overall rating: 4/5
