SCAM. They are using other scam shipping company (SF EXPRESS) to provide you with the tracking number. The items I've ordered are stuck in one state ("In transit") for the last month and I don't think I will ever receive them. Order placed almost 2 months ago. Hopefully PayPal will give me my money back... Save yourself from losing your money and buy somewhere else. EDIT: After I've filed the claim to get my money back through PayPal suddenly my package got delivered within a week. Still took almost two months to arrive (and for 1 month it was sitting in the distribution center in nearby city)

Order took 9 weeks to get from Hong Kong to NZ, they said it was because of corona (in the meantime ordered something from Ireland took 12 days via Hong Kong) products came and pens were Really average quality. Better off buying in person, these were such a waste of money.

Delivery came very quickly, and my pink planner and accessories definitely brighten my day. My second experience was not so positive. I was sent an email promising free international shipping if I completed my purchase - only to find out after the transaction that free shipping is not available to Canada. Do not take for granted these promises!

I ordered several small items in May and due to the virus, I did not receive them until mid August, to which, given the circumstances, I can definitely understand. But the packaging it came in was found torn open and worn in several places... I only received 1/4 items (and the item that came wasn't what I expected it to be due to a vague listing on the site) as if everything else fell out or something during shipping. Emailing them was a pleasant experience at first, they asked for proof which I gladly provided... Was told I'd get a refund in 2-5 business days... But its September now and I still haven't seen anything... 2 stars is for the customer service.. otherwise it'd be 1. I am usually skeptical of buying from these sites but wanted to try Kawaii Pen Shop out since I am always seeing their cute ads. Never again.

I ordered some pens and sticky notes at the beginning of August. The package arrived on time, but 4 out of 9 products were defective. I received a quick response to my request to be refunded for those products which I can't use at all, but have not yet received this a month later. I won't ever order from this site again.

I ordered a bunch of items and even paid for their additional "insurance" and kept on waiting, waiting, waiting... I messaged customer service 3 times and each time it was some dismissive statement. I WOULD NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN! I finally actually received the items just past 3 months... wow, that is long for shipping, despite COVID. I was pretty sure it would be a lost cause, but anyhow, one extra star for actually decent items. Nothing amazing. I can not imagine if the parcel was lost, I am sure this business would not refund given their dismissive attitude.

Items arrived late due to COVID, which is fine and I understand. My issue is that I bought a fineliner set, but the item that shipped was not the same brand as advertised on the website. The fineliners I received still work, but just very misleading and will not purchase from here again. Does not feel like the shop is very transparent, I'm sorry to say.

I placed an order on January 8th, 2019 (order id: 72296) I received half of my order on January 16th and wrote them an email asking where the rest of my order was. I should have known something was off when I got the following message back: "If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. We do not charge you extra for split shipments. Therefore, we can assure you that the rest of your order is on the way. We are sorry for the confusion this might have caused." I never received the other half of my order, so I wrote them again on Feb.27th, and then they sent me this note: "This delay is specific for international parcels coming from Asia to Canada. Due to the extra holding time imposed by Canada Border Services Agency, standard international packages may take up to 3 months coming into Canada from our warehouses in Asia. As this issue is Canada specific, we are unable to correct this problem on our end. This being said, we do believe that your order will eventually arrive after the CBSA clears the packages." Well, it's now May of 2020 and I still haven't gotten this order. I'm assuming this parcel was either lost or returned to Kawaii Pen Shop and they couldn't be bothered to let me know. I wish I had never ordered and I will never order again. Like others have mentioned buy on AliExpress as this store is just an inflated price drop shipper. --------- UPDATE May 5, 2020: Kawaii contacted me and offered me a refund for the items I never received. However since I placed my order that credit card was been deactivated so not entirely clear how they intend to get a refund to me. Either way, the email was appreciated and they also apologized so going to bump up my review by one star.
