Prior to purchasing my items I was hesitant about the amount of time it would take to receive my item. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my international order was delivered in less than a week! The items were exceptional in quality and were exactly as seen in the pictures! I placed my order on Thursday, and had received it by Tuesday. Very quick processing and shipping, and my order was exactly as I expected. No complaints. I did find the website initially disappointing (when I checked a few weeks ago), as several items were sold out, but I received notifications that the items had been restocked so I was able to order what I wanted.

I have ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop twice now. Very pleased with both orders. I received both orders well within the promised time frame. I placed my first order on July 28 and it arrived on August 15 (Hong Kong to Virginia, US) Well packed, in excellent condition. I was very pleased with everything I received - it was just as represented on the website and just what I was expecting. For my second order I decided to use the Fed Ex shipping, even though it's not cheap, and that order arrived within just a few days (it actually arrived before the first order!). The stickers, washi tape and notepads I've purchased are excellent quality and the prices are very good. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
