DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I only received half of my order, and they keep ignoring my emails.

Ordered stickers and after 4+ months still never received them, sent multiple emails to them only receiving copy and pasted emails back until I got one that says to send a personal id (like a driver's license, passport) to them if I wanted a refund or to reship ! Absolutely terrible customer service, don't buy from them !

I ordered two of the diary journals on their website approximately $5 each so I was expecting something pretty average. From the images shown, they looked pretty sturdy and the paper quality looked good. My package arrived pretty late in the mail. It wasn't what I was expecting at all! The quality of the journals felt like something I could get at a dollar store... Below average! Definitely not worth the money. Paper was so thin and the binding was just sad...

I only received some of the things I ordered. When I asked them for a refund, they said I should send them lots of documents and mail insurance I didn't have. I tried to contact them again and got the same answer. I am truly disappointed and I want my money back.

A waste of time. I wanted to order a lot of things, however, I decided to test the service first and buy 3 items. Thank God I did. Nothing arrived! When I asked about my stuff they said they'd resend it, a week later they send me an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded. They never gave me an answer. If you're going to buy Chinese things just buy them from Wish, this is not worth it.

I ordered from them and got the confirmation email. I had forgotten about my order until around three months later (it was a pretty small order) and so I sent them an email. First, they claimed they had sent me an email as to why the order hadn't been sent (it was because one of their items was out of stock), but they hadn't sent me an email at all. Keep in mind I had paid in full for my order around 3 months before this. They told me I could choose another item worth the same amount as the item I had originally wanted, or claim a voucher worth more than the item. I chose the voucher, of course, and waited the three days that it takes for them to email you back. They then sent me a voucher worth the price of the original item, which was significantly less than the amount they had told me it would be worth in the previous email. So in all, they dont send me the email at first, they make errors in the emails that they finally do send me, and they try to give me a voucher for the amount THAT I ALREADY PAID THEM MONTHS AGO. They give me absolutely nothing for wasting so much of my time. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge you to not order from them either. You can find any item they have in stock at many other online shops for similar or even cheaper prices. Please don't waste your time with them.

The quality of the products is not good but average to low. I would expect this from mass sellers but Kawaii pen shop prices are far too high for the quality they offer. Also prepare to receive many small deliveries as Kawaii pen shop has lots of their stuff delivered from third party sellers to you. So far I received no single delivery coming directly from them. The shop looks so nice but most of their products is not worth the prize. I suggest ordering from cheaper sellers or looking out for better quality for the money you pay.
