In the middle of December-2 months ago I ordered a planner.I wrote every week.... I ask for my money back......not correct attitude...unqualified customer care...

Free shipping means waiting over a month to receive your order!! I had to ask 3 times for a shipping update, to which I just received automated replies telling me to see the shipping info in their site (chart with the shipping time). Once I finally got the order, the multicolor pen I ordered didn’t work!!! It took a few more days to get the hexagon sticky notes, which are not sticky at all!! VERY disappointed. Don’t waste your time (literally) or money!

Poor quality and slow shipping! I bought from Kawaii Pen Shop a month ago and I really wish I had researched the shop more before I bought from them. A lot of their products are products you can easily find on Taobao or Aliexpress but the prices are marked up and the order processing and shipping is SLOW. This company sucks, they reprice their items so high and the shipping takes so long. not to mention they dont even ship the items together. I'm still waiting for over half of my order from Kawaii Pen Shop. I would strongly recommend you just skip the middleman and shop directly from Aliexpress - it's cheaper, faster and IT'S THE SAME PRODUCTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOp

Website looks good and I ordered some pens, stickers and washi tape. Delivery takes way too long. So far the pens got delivered a month after order, and the stickers, 2 months after. Still waiting on tapes.

Ten times as expensive than AliExpress. Thus I said so on their Facebook and got blocked immidiately..

After I found out that they were just a reseller, I ended up going to Aliexpress and buying my own stationery which has already arrived, meanwhile, I'm still waiting for over half of my order from Kawaii Pen Shop. I would strongly recommend you just skip the middleman and shop directly from Aliexpress - it's cheaper, faster and IT'S THE SAME PRODUCTS!

Ho acquistato diversi oggetti durante il black friday, attirata dal claim del sito che suggeriva di pensare ai regali di Natale. La mattina del 21 novembre mi arriva mail di conferma dell’ordine, e in teoria, conferma della spedizione. L’11 di dicembre non ho notizie e scrivo alla mail del servizio clienti. Una mail automatica mi informa che mi avrebbero risposto entro 3 giorni lavorativi. Comincio a capire che sarà dura. Il 13 ricevo una mail dove mi informano che il pacco è stato spedito come da mail il 21 novembre, mi allegano un link dove posso verificare i tempi delle spedizioni (ammetto: non lo avevo visto, ma in fase di ordine non viene citato il link nè vengono indicate date possibili di consegna) e, aggiungono, 2-3 giorni di ritardo sulla consegna possono capitare, quindi per loro siamo ancora pienamente nei tempi previsti. Ultima, aggiungono, i giorni indicati nel link sono giorni lavorativi. Nel link, spedizione per l’Italia, 8-35 giorni. Lavorativi. Più due o tre giorni di ritardo, una consegna normale sono due mesi. Quindi, se pensate di utilizzare questo sito sperando di avere le consegne in tempi utili per qualche motivo, lasciate stare. Se invece pensate di farvi un regalo a sorpresa, nel senso che ordinate, ve lo dimenticate, e a caso qualche mese dopo vi arriva un pacco, allora siete nel posto giusto. Aggiornerò la recensione se e quando arriverà il pacco....

Shipping wait time is stated as 25 days. After 40 days and no delivery I requested a refund and was told to wait another 2 weeks. Patiently waited another 2 weeks and still didn't receive anything. Their response was to give me a store "voucher." I declined and disputed the charge with my credit card company instead, for a full refund. This company is a joke. Merchandise being shipped from China with no tracking info.
