If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. I received everything in my order except one item, and when I asked about it a few months after I had ordered they said they would give me a refund but didn't. I've been constantly emailing them for the past three months and opened a dispute through PayPal with them and I still haven't received my refund because they keep ignoring my messages or saying that they'll get back to me in three business days but never responding until I send a follow up message. Terrible service, I won't ever buy from here again and will warn others too.

Kawaii Pen Shop seemed relatively popular and had pretty good reviews to not be scam. Well they were. I order three things and only one of them was legitimate. It also took forever to arrive, I was promised that it would arrive in 5- 11 business days and almost took two months! I had paid $40 for this and the quality was not the best. The pencil cases were a rip-off and not registered. The $20 one had loose stitches and was falling apart in A DAY. Was not worth the price.

I ordered two Totoro pens in March. It is now July; a day before August. I have yet to receive my order. I emailed them and told them how angry I was and was told that my order will be shipped faster and it is tracked. I didn’t receive a tracking number but I trusted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I was offered if I wanted a voucher or a refund. I asked for a refund and was told that in 2-5 business days, I would receive another email from them to say my refund has been processed. It’s been 8 business days. I was already irritated with them as it is. Never buying from them EVER AGAIN.

I ordered twice and the first time my order was ok. The second time i ordered about 8 months ago and followed up with them 2 times and never received any response , my order or my refund! Extremely disappointed!

So bad, we didnt reciwe what we ordered to our kids birthday. It took nearly four weeks after promised delivery date until we get two out of three shipments. After claim to Kawaii pen they promised to pay back the cost of the missing shipment and its like 2 months ago, still No money.... Please all be aware of this fake company, they promise a lot...but dont keep they promises... A big warning, dont order anything from here

I also fell for the beautiful looking photographs of the products on their website. However, when I ordered some stickers they took up to 3 months to arrive. Shortly after this I came across an advert for Ali Express featuring many of the products seen on Kawaii Pen Shop, so I ordered them to see if they were the same items. They were! I then started searching for each item that Kawaii Pen Shop offers and EVERY SINGLE item was on Ali Express at a quarter of the price. All that Kawaii Pen Shop does is put a huge mark up on the item and then it gets shipped from China. Funny how they forgot to mention that part on their website. If I was you, I’d skip the middle man and order directly from Ali Express. You’ll be saving yourself a lot of money if you do!

Bought A SINGLE GODDAMN PACK OF STICKERS, waited 2 months and emailed them and they had the audacity to say to just wait. 3 months later emailed them again, now they said they believe they've lost it in transit but never told me anything about losing it until a month later when I HAD TO EMAIL THEM MYSELF???? Like how f'ing pathetic is your company and services?? Do you not care about customers at all despite being a business??? Now after everything, they're finally reshipping it with ZERO COMPENSATION and on top of that, they informed me theyre not even giving me a reshipment/sending order email or anything and that I need to go consult them myself on their page if I want to know anything like what the f? Are you trying to screw me over again just like before??? You people are f'ing trash, an absolute garbage company. Big warning to people who want to buy something from these people.

I ordered a pencil case in NOVEMBER as a Christmas present, it is now pretty much MARCH and I still have no received it. Been emailing them back and forth but forget about the damn pencil case I just want my money back! They sell such cute items but never ever ordering from there again :(
