Everything is a great experience; The products are beautiful and as they are on the page they are in real life. The attention and customer service of the best. It was a pleasant purchase and I would do it again. I highly recommend it

I purchased 2 pens, a bunch of washi tape, and some washi tape floral stickers. Everything is amazing. The washi tape isn't very sticky, but that's just how washi tape is. The pens are amazing, and the stickers are so cute. Shipping was a more expensive than it used to be, but covid has changed a lot of things so I understand that. Overall, everything is amazing and is exactly what was advertised.

Good communication when I requested help with tracking number. Fast for international shipping during a global pandemic. Nice product and packaging. Thanks so much!

The shop has a bit of an ecclectic selection of items so it's neat to browse. I was very impressed with how fast shipping was to Canada especially considering all the shipping delays due to covid!

I've ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a few times now and I'm very excited about the paid shipping option. Yes, it is a little pricey, but my supplies arrived within 3 days and because Kawaii prices are so good anyway, the shipping isn't a big deal. I've ordered mixed sticker packs and washi tape, which have both been quality. The sticker packs alway shave more in them than I expect and I was really happy the fall set I ordered is going to work for winter too. This time, I also ordered some erasers and white out that were cute, but I wasn't expecting much. They quality is comparable to anything I'd buy in a store here, and I'm happy with my purchase. I'll be a return shopper for sure.

I love this shop—everything I've ordered from them has been excellent quality, exactly as pictured online. My first order was delayed in customs but customer service was very prompt and friendly in answering my queries and letting me know the status. My second order arrived amazingly fast! It is a treat to order from them.
