Similar to other people’s reviews, I put in a purchase in the beginning of June and still have not received my items (September 22), I live in the US. When I reach out to the company they insist of contacting my post office, essentially not providing any help or information on their end. I recommend buying from a different stationary website or even amazon to avoid getting scammed by this company. They would rather have you do all this work to figure out where your package is then take responsibility and issue a refund. Truly a scam and will not order here again.

Ich habe meine Ware nie erhalten. Ich habe zwar eine Trackingnummer erhalten, unter der ist allerdings nicht nachzuvollziehen wo das Paket hingeliefert wurde. Auf Nachfrage wird nur auf das Tracking verwiesen. Im Endeffekt bin ich jetzt auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben ohne Ware erhalten zu haben. Für mich unseriös - nie wieder!

I will never recommend this website ever! It might have cute products, but you can find the same product on AliExpress who will ship it to your faster. I had to deal with their customer service for about three months saying my product will be here soon and refuse to reply back anything about cancellation and refunds. I had to go to paypal about this matter.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a big order in April, still nothing. (End aug) My requestS for a refund have been consistently ignored. They are thieves and a scam!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Ordered $80 worth of stuff at the end of May. Still haven't recieced my things. Good thing that I used PayPal. I've stepped it up with them since the company refuse to refund me and won't respond to my inquires. I will do everything in my power to expose this business for the thieves they are!!! Edit: When I try to contact them on social media they block me and any bad reviews or comments they get, they delete.

I would give Kawaii Pen shop ZERO stars if possible. I spent $46 dollars on pens amd stuff on June 13 ang got a notification that my package had been shipped (to USA) on June 16. Today is Aug. 15th and I have not gotten anything!!! Do not buy from them. Don’t get scammed!

Do not order from here, I spent eighty dollars and after a month... never received anything. They shipped through SF Express but I guess if you live in the US you just won’t ever actually get your package.... it says my parcel was “accepted” at delivery site. But nothing. I reached out to Kawaii and basically was told to contact SF Express... maybe I could reach out to them but their online customer service is in a different language...so good luck! I will never waste my money ordering from this site again.

My experience with Kawaii Pen Shop was absolutely horrible. Not only did my package not arrive after being months and months delayed, they have completely stopped corresponding with me, or answering any of my emails. I regret my purchase by Kawaii Pen Shop entirely, and would not recommend it. I continuously request for a refund, however they ignore my emails, even after having been in contact with Marin, the owner, before.
