Although it took quite a while for my first order to arrive I was so happy with the items that I placed a second, bigger order and opted for the nominal shipping upgrade. So glad I did. Order arrived promptly as promised. Love this shop.

Amazing shipping and all my washi tape came packaged perfectly! Definitely going to order some more goodies from here soon!

Fast shipping and adorable products. I purchased a refillable planner a few months ago and not only has it saved me, but it’s just so cute and actually fun to write in. The tapes, stickers, and markers are all really great for such a low cost! Definitely will be purchasing again.

Cute products, great prices--I especially love the pens! Customer service was pretty good, too. I recommend paying for "expedited" shipping, especially right now: between Covid, gutting of the US Post Office, and the increase in mailing volume at this time of the year it may be awhile before you get it.

My daughter and I have ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a couple of times and were very impressed with their timely service and their products. You get a lot of variety in their sticker boxes and several of the same pattern. Seems to be a great reliable company.

My order order arrived quickly and in great condition. My items were exactly as pictured and/or described on the website. I was grateful there was an option for shipping that included tracking. I will be ordering more items in the future! Especially the adorable and fun stickers.
