Scam company ! They charge more than what shows on the ad and when you ask them to cancel the order they don't. Stay away from this company!

Scam company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I jumped in to purchase for what I thought standard size titanium boards. Some weeks later 3 x boards arrived which are tiny - not much bigger than your palm. I haven’t used them purposely as I want to return them and get my $181 AUD back. This company totally misleads and falsely advertises their boards. I have been communicating with their customer service a few times but now I have been asked to do a survey via a link before they will ‘help me’ with the refund process. Very odd. I told them I won’t do any surveys and just want my money back. Unsure how this progresses from here on but not counting my luck after seeing the other comments. I will aim to report them to Consumer Affairs. Stay away from KatuChef!! EDIT 6/6/25: To my complete surprise Katuchef fully refunded my money and didn’t even want their boards sent back. I’m still amazed about receiving a refund after this whole experience I have had with them. Thank you Katuchef customer service.

I wanted to order 3 titanium cutting boards. I ended with 5 orders (instead of 3) and never saw it coming or even saw the order summary until it was ordered and done for 5 boards. A total scam - distrustful ordering system with no opt out or control of the order which is changed at whim by Katuchef, without any final display of the order to agree to. Never again Katuchef.

I ordered at 5:00pm then saw the total price and immediately 2 minutes after the order was made, I called to cancel the order. I spoke 1st to David, then he connected me to the merchant and I spoke to someone called Angel, she said no problem and that the order would be canceled. One half hour later an email pops up and it says the order is already processed and being sent to.me. This is ridiculous.. I tried calling them, but by then it was 6:00 pm and they were only taking vm's. I left one. Then I sent a bunch of emails, but only their bots answered saying the order was being shipped. DO NOT ORDER THIS THROUGH SOMETHING CALLED "WITHREACH" or if it has to go through a system called "Shopperlo by WithReach" Its a total scam. I will be reporting this to the BBB. They are stating that within 2 minutes of an order they have already processed and cannot refund or cancel the order. Liars.

This is a scam site, the product on the website is not what is delivered. There is no mention of the actual size you get. What you are ordering is a fraction of the size shown, it is useless. The 30 day money back is a pledge not a guarantee. Try and find a return address and it’s not there. Took 28 days to arrive from China also not mentioned on website. Avoid at all costs.

There was no mention that it would be shipping from China. I ordered on 4/28 and it is now 5/11 and I have been going back and forth with them regarding canceling the order which they are telling me cannot be done unless I receive the order and then send it back! It will likely take 30 days at best to receive at this point and they do not tell you that before ordering. Also note that when the product finally arrived to my shock it was so tiny you could maybe cut one carrot at a time on it, and that's if it was a small carrot. It is a joke! DO NOT order from this company. Figure something else out but don't use them under any circumstance.

Bought what I thought was a normal size chopping Board to replace my plastic one after looking on this web site and it arrived 3 weeks later 16cm wide x 25cm long for £53 97p which is no near the size they show on the web site, so I am in the process of contacting them to return this product as it is not fit for purpose and asking for my money back, as when you look you can not see the sizes and you are looking at the pictures, thinking that you are buying that size which is very misleading and should not be allowed with out the correct info as I wanted a Chopping Board 270cm wide x 380cm long which is a normal average size chopping board I wanted to replace and these pict they show is the correct size I am after and not the one they have sent me.

Update to previous review. I was fed up going round in a circle and said so. A lady took over the communications, apologised and we negotiated a refund which was acceptable to both sides. She also answered further questions. She was really easy to deal with. It ended up changing my impression of their customer service department. Their chopping boards are now being sold in this country instead of USA through Amazon which may also make things easier if there is a problem with an order.
