KatuChefReviews of katuchef.com

I ordered 2 boards from them. Got charged for 2 year warranty, With out my knowledge. Unable to talk with anyone. Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. With in 5 minutes my cutting boards were packaged and ready to ship. So waiting for them to arrive. This is a scam. Do not order from them, or any titanium for that matter it does dull knives, causes them to curl after doing more research this morning. Anyway scam! Stay away from this company!

DO NOT ORDER AT ALL COSTS!!!! I searched for titanium chopping boards and this company came up with a USA based website. Tracking says the order has been delivered, and it has not. Katuchef? and Yun Express? are both made up names and do not reply to you. Please report to your business registration compliance company and banks!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They manufacture about 4 sizes of the product and the web site does not state the size. Image shown on the web is bigger than what they say on the phone they are actually going to ship. The size quoted on the phone is smaller than the ones shown on numerous other sellor's web sites. warranty charged/added without my approval. If you click on adding additional product at a discount to see deal, it is added without approval. they submit your order before you can review it to make any changes. I called immediately and it was too late for them to cancel the order as it was already packed and ready to ship.

They offer a discount rate and when the calculation is complete they overcharge. I immediately called to cancel. They say they have to call the warehouse. One hour later you get an email that it couldn't be cancelled. This is pure FRAUD.

Really bad AI ad that spreads misinformation. Wash your cutting board properly and stop making up fake scenarios to sell your product. Also, keeping meat and veggie cutting board separate is cooking 101.

I ordered this because I wanted a clean/sterile cutting board and did not check the reviews. I orded and then was told to go back to merchant page where I clicked complete and then I noticed I was charged $97.45 for 3 titanium cutting boards. I then went to my paypal account and saw that I ordered 2 cutting boards at $56.97 and then another 3 at $97.45. What a scam. I immediately reached out to Katuchek within 30 minutes and was told they can't refund because they already packed it and ready to ship. Plus the price changes from what's listed after you click. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KATUCHECK - IT IS A SCAM

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all cost This is a scan and fraudulent company. Advertising a low price and then charging extra + warranty which was never mentioned in the first place. Five minutes of ordering and try to.cancel.They say that they have already dispatched the items, fraud, fraud ,fraud!!!! They suggest you return within 30days.At what cost???,pay more money? Please, don't be the next victim Stay away from.these scammers!!!!!!!!

It’s sad in this day and age, that such irresponsible advertising can still be so prevalent. For decades it has been proven NUMEROUS times by MANY independent laboratories, that wood CANNOT hold bacteria. It would be literally impossible to get salmonella from a wooden cutting board so their advertising is an outright lie. I truly hope this business can be shut down before many more people fall to their scam.
