The ordering process was very confusing…
The ordering process was very confusing and if a mistake was made it was impossible to correct it.

The coating used is very suspect
The coating used is very suspect. It came off so easy when I was only removing the label. No abrasives were used!

Need to advertise properly
Need to advertise properly. They advertise in Australian dollars and charge in US. They add additional charges without consent of the purchaser if paying by PayPal. They are not an Australian company there tracking is A I. Difficult to get any idea of company identity. The board is flimsy and has sharp edges not a highly priced kitchen utensil. All in all disappointed. I have now been offered $29.42 by this company US or Aussie not sure and to keep boards or return them at my cost. The total debit to my PayPal is $117. I have expressed I do not want the boards. Further search this company is receiving low markers for busines practises in Australia. Do your research before purchase.

I ordered 2 xTitanium chopping boards…
I ordered 2 xTitanium chopping boards for the price of £71-80. The parcel arrived this morning and there are 4-Chopping boards. @ THE TOTAL I PAID WAS£188-51. PLEASE SEND REFUND OF £109-96
