A little difficulty ordering.

Was unaware price would be in us currency

This company is a TOTAL scam! Don’t buy anything from them. When I placed my order, I received an email stating my order was received, but there was no order number. After 2 weeks I sent an email, asking the status, and received a response that it was being looked into, but no follow-up was sent. I then called and spoke with a representative and was told my order was lost in-transit. If that was the case, I still should have received an email once it was shipped, so it could be tracked. After 10 more days, still with no merchandise or tracking information, I called another representative and he said it was shipped and would send me an email with the tracking. I never received that email. I called a third time that same day and another representative told me that the cutting boards never shipped and that this was highly unusual. I have zero trust and have placed a dispute with my credit card company. They will try to appease you, and string you along to drag out their deceit as long as possible.

NEVR RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO TERRIABLE. i CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE WITH ANY SENSE TO IT. THEY DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEE. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
