We ordered a product by mistake
We ordered a product by mistake, the cutting boards were to small. We tried to cancel the order a few minutes after we placed the order but were told in order was already shipped. conformation # IF7514E9BO We cancelled the order at 9:35am

As far as the call that I just had the representove was good. Thank yiu.
As far as the call that I just had the representative helped me to fill out this survey to get a refund if the products I purchased. I was very disappointed that the items ate not electric ignited, but requires a fuel in order to run it. I have another flame jet to use that requires butane to run it. The whole reason I purchased these is as for emergencies and not needing to fill these. So, I feel this was false advertising and information given to me, and others the consumers. Thank you.

Purched boards by mistake
I was told by your support team that I could return the 3 cutting boards purchased by mistake I also ordered 4 cutting boards that I kept please could you sent me the details of how I can return the unwanted boards

My Katori Review
My order went through okay and I was sent an email that my order was received and another telling me when it would be delivered. I guess I didn't read the size of the cutting board before I ordered (I'm 84 and my eyesight is not the best). When the boards arrived and we were looking at them, we decided that the size is too small for our needs. Also, we think that the boards should have been in firmer boxes for shipment as 2 of the boxes came crushed a bit on the sides. The ordering, emails and delivery were fine.
