Simple ordering but perhaps a few too…
Simple ordering but perhaps a few too many "extras" being offered, which can be annoying.

Product seems of high quality but ordering process was lengthy and confusing.
My order was placed for more cutting boards than I intended to order. I then underwent a lengthy exchange of telephone calls and emails with KatuChef staff to try to resolve the problem before the order was sent. The KatuChef staff members with whom I communicated were consistently polite and helpful, but the process took many days and phone calls & emails.

Delivery came on time.
Delivery came on time, used the board once a couple of days later (Sunday) to cut vegetables. Scratches all over. That’s not what was stated in the AD. The second board I didn’t even unpacked, as it was supposed to be birthday present for my daughter in October.
