your people were very nice to talk to
your people were very nice to talk to, but still waiting to get the information to return the order. I tried to stop it right after I placed to order, It took 2 weeks to get here and I have now talked to 3 people on different days about how to return it, They were all very nice but I'm still waiting

I got disconnected with the first…
I got disconnected with the first customer service person I spoke with. I was able to continue with a new one when I called back. I’m hoping that the information they gave me is going to result in my being able to return my item and get my refund.

To be honest
To be honest, I am not able to use these due to the weight of these. They are too heavy for me to use. Therefore, I can’t use them.
