Too many distracting typographical errors. Some incorrect answers (duplicate answer options). A few repeated questions. The typos seem to suggest “non-English speaking editing”.

No, no friction. Just could've done it on my own without the distraction of the other students. would've been 1/2 the price and done a lot quicker.

The online resources were very inadequate. I studied the material provided and did not pass on the first attempt. I had to purchase a book from amazon, which I then read over the course of 3 days to take the test again and exceed my previous score by roughly 100 points. If I had read the book from amazon, I could have saved a lot of time

Kaplan IT training is a resource our school uses to prepare for the A+/Net+ certifications. I find myself purchasing and studying other materials to be successful. Kaplan by itself is not enough.

Hello, I am preparing the 1z0-067 exam and after purchasing your training I have found that those offered by the competition have different tests than yours, so I would like to know which are the reliable tests in order to be able to pass the exam in question . Greetings

The course is missing eLearning module. I paid extra money in order to have downloads and was left with impression that it would include some study materials. It provides exam simulation and flashcards. I have not contacted the instructor yet and cannot comment on how helpful he is.

I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.

The questions are knowledge based here but in actual test it's more of a practical scenario
