I got my puppies toothbrush today plus beef toothpaste. She loves the chew but how do you get the the toothpaste inside the chew (I have the green one)? I put it on the outside and she liked the taste but licked it off instead of chewing. On another review I read that they also received a little cleaning brush? Very happy with the material and easy design. Good delivery time etc.thank you

SCAMMERS!!! 1 year ago i bought toy from them for 25$ and never got it. I wrote to their customer support and they asked for details of my order. I sent all details and they apologized for delay. When i asked for tracking number they disappeared and stopped to answer for my messages. After 6 months of waiting i asked for refund of my money. I am nurse and i am earning this money for 3 days in my home country. Why this people are stealing my money like this? Its was Christmas present for my mom and i am so disappointed that Moms dog stayed without any present. I sent to this company around 35-40 emails and every time they just no answering at all for or they are asking to sent them one more time all details. Scammers who will steal your money. Worse customer service ever!!!

Do not order from this website! I ordered the dog and cat toothbrushes and toothpaste TEN months ago and only received the toothbrushes. I have emailed them consistently since and when they choose to answer they refuse to send me the rest of my order or give me a refund stating that their system says it is on it's way. I've never written a bad review in my life but almost a year of this appalling customer service has me very frustrated.

Didn't receive full order, they told me it's on the way but can't give me a tracking nr. They are not replying to any emails. It's been weeks!!! Disgraceful!!

UPDATE: it’s been 7 weeks and four complaints and still nothing. This company is nothing but a huge scam screwing people out of their hard earned pay. I believe it might be time for legal action. There are enough complaints out there just like mine for a class action law suit. All thx good reviews are from people who either work there or are paid to put good reviews. Also can’t find FDA APPROVAL so false advertising I believe we could sue them into bankruptcy. UPDATE: due to this third complaint KANINE CARE sent a message that they would refund my money if I contacted them yet again. So I did and they told me the same thing. Since my package already shipped 6+weeks ago (and there is a tracking alert that the package CANNOT be located) they still refuse to refund my money! Scam, scam, scam! LY790159211CN That’s my tracking number feel free to look it up on CHINA POST! Still waiting for my order that according to tracking is LOST! Bianca tells me they won’t give me my money back but I can return it if I ever get it (at my cost of course). Do not buy from this company they are a total scam. All the good reviews you see are from people paid to post them. This has been going on since May 2021.

I have been billed for this, but HAVE NOT Recieved It !!

Took a month to get took 10 minutes for my dog to ingest parts of it! Emailed them and wanted to send me out a replacement!!! Told them I wanted a refund!!!!! No Refund yet but Capital one gave me a refund! PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
