Mrs. Sofi greeted me genuinely as well as professionally as she handled my issue kindly and above and beyond satisfactorily, thank you to her and Kanguro Insurance providing the best customer service I've ever experienced! Mrs. Sofi deserves a raise and a promotion in Jesus name amen.

I called in reference to my policy for Apollo
I called in reference to my policy for my pet. David was very knowledgeable and truly understanding. He answered my questions and gave a great synopsis of policy and claim information. I will continue to refer any pet owner to Kanguro. Great customer service.
