Items are delivered quickly, often next day at no extra charge. No fuss returns policy, never any quibble. Quite a good range of stock: K&Co online is a well thought out site, easy to use and easy on the eye.

Usually the item arrives the day after we've ordered it and if we're out of the house at the time (which we often are) it'll be with a neighbour instead of being sent back, which is very helpful. There's also no hassle with returning things.

I am amazed how quickly clothing and small parcels arrive. This time however, despite being ordered the same time and received at the depot the same time, my two large items of furniture arrived seperately which meant taking two days off work. Had this not been the case it would definately been 5 stars.
